Client Requirements:
ACT were recommended to the client through an asbestos consultant who had carried out an asbestos survey at the property. Scheduled electrical works in the loft had to be postponed due to asbestos present within the loft of the property. The client appointed us to carry out the specialised, licensed removal of Asbestos Insulation Board and Asbestos Mastic.
The client expressed that the property had recently undergone a full refurbishment and therefore requested that we make all efforts to avoid any damages to the newly decorated property.

Our Solution:
As in line with our clients’ requirements, extra care was taken by our technicians to protect the décor within the property. On completion of our works, the loft was reinstated with MMMF boards. The client was highly satisfied, and the initial electrical works could be carried out safely within the property.
