Liverpool John Moore University Asbestos Removal

Higher education building refurbishment

Our Solution:

This contract was at a University building services offices, which is a six floor tower block. Works included removal of sprayed insulation to beams and ceiling, removal of suspended ceiling, removal of asbestos residues to pipe work in the boiler room and environmental clean of air ducts and the store room.

The University building was a fully operational workspace. ACT had to work alongside the client to create a realistic programme working to tight timescales in order for the building to be re-occupied as soon as possible.

Testimonial – Health and Safety Advisor – LJMU

This was an extensive asbestos removal project within an occupied building. At all times the work was carried out discreetly and in a safe, courteous and cooperative manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending ACT for asbestos removal schemes.
